Together with its project partners from Storck Bicycle and the Institute for Lightweight Engineering and Polymer Technology (ILK) at Dresden Technical University, REHAU presents -like already announced- a world premiere in nam:e: an innovative bicycle frame concept allowing the industrial frame production of E-Bikes in Germany, which was long believed to be lost, and convinces users with individual designs as well as functions and surprises for integration.

nam:e is being received with great enthusiasm and is gaining more and more fans. The REHAU E-BikeBody was also already admired by celebrities: The Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure, Norberth Barthle, accepted REHAU’s invitation to visit their booth at the EuroBike 2015 and was visibly enthusiastic: He congratulated the project partners to the very successful E-BikeBody and emphasized the tremendous importance of this innovation for the business location Germany.

If you haven’t yet had the opportunity to see nam:e live, you still can visit nam:e until Saturday,  August 29th in the exhibition hall A3, Booth 100.

nam:e has been created as part of a research project of the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy. Other development partners are bicycle manufacturer Storck Bicycle as well as the Institute for Lightweight Engineering and Polymer Technology (ILK) at Dresden Technical University.
